Worldbuilding is designing fictional worlds — their geography, cultures, histories, magic systems, or political structures. You don't need to write a novel afterward. The world IS the project. Draw maps, invent religions, decide why the southern continent hates cheese. It's structured daydreaming with a notebook.
Jak zacząć
- 1Ask yourself one 'what if' question: What if gravity worked sideways? What if everyone could read minds?
- 2Sketch a rough map. It can be ugly. Ugly maps have character.
- 3Name three countries or regions. Give each one a vibe in two words.
- 4Write a one-paragraph history of a war, discovery, or disaster in your world.
- 5Decide what people eat for breakfast. Seriously — food reveals everything about a culture.

Gdzie się uczyć
Plot twisty
Sposoby na urozmaicenie, gdy podstawy się znudzą.
- Build a world where one real-world law of physics is broken. Just one.
- Worldbuild a single city block in absurd detail instead of a whole continent.
- Create a world collaboratively — each friend adds one rule, no vetoes.
- Design a world from the perspective of its worst historian.
- Build the world your pet would rule. What are their laws?
Notatki ADHD
No linear order required. Jump between maps, cultures, and creatures whenever your brain wants to. Every tangent is canon.
Ciekawostka
J.R.R. Tolkien spent over 40 years worldbuilding Middle-earth. Most of it was never published during his lifetime — his son edited 12 volumes of notes after his death.
