Juggling three balls is a 20-hour skill spread over two weeks. After that: muscle memory, and you've got a party trick for life. Three tennis balls and a wall are all you need to start.

    Start with ONE ball — toss it in an arc from hand to hand.

    Two balls — toss, toss, catch, catch. Don't rush.

    Three balls — throw one, throw two, catch, throw three.

    Drop everything. A lot. Pick it up. That IS the practice.
